Representation Authority
According to the trade license, the person authorized to represent the company is the General Manager and Director. If another person signs in a particular case, this is done on the basis of a written power of attorney, which is attached to the relevant document or provided upon request.
Role in Relation to the CIRAS Institute
The CIRAS Institute conducts research projects in the fields of health, environment, technology, and IT. The institute does not handle the commercial and financial processing itself: QUANTOC Global Management is responsible for project and financial management, while NOLIMIT Finance handles the technical processing of payments.
Short-term project financing – for example, to secure licenses or procure components at time-limited preferential prices – is not offered publicly. It is arranged on a case-by-case basis through bilateral agreements with selected individuals following a personal discussion. Project details are confidential and are disclosed after a confidentiality agreement has been signed.
Verify the Authenticity of Contracts and Documents
Each contract has a contract number. Before making a payment, you can request confirmation:
- that the contract was issued by QUANTOC Global Management,
- that the signing person is authorized to represent the company,
- that the bank account stated in the contract belongs to QUANTOC Global Management.
To do so, send the contract number to info@nolimit-finance.com. Payment instructions that differ from the contract are valid only after written confirmation and telephone verification.
